Aon has just produced a Terrorism Risk Map for 2005… As you can see by yourself Canada is considered more risky than say Cuba. Strangely enough South Korea is considered as well Guarded as Canada. My guess is that North Korea’s nuclear arsenal is probably not considered in that equation.
